GrandView Hotel was losing potential guests to OTA platforms (Booking.com, Hotels.ng) and paying 15-20% commission on every booking. Their front desk was overwhelmed with repetitive phone enquiries about room availability and pricing, and they had no way to capture leads from their website.
Our Solution
